Blake and manny must be good friends off the field. For the U to shell out 4 mill to get Diaz I’m sure Diaz had to have been very reassuring that he was the guy for the HC and that he knew how to get the U ”back”. And Blake bough it. Blake doesn’t know anymore about coach abilities than manny does about his own players. He relied more on portal players than recruits. Now he’s desperate, blames the older players and is asking the youth to save his job.his double duty as HC and DC are 2 fails.
