Manny (likely) staying (through the end of season, TBD thereafter)

Ahmmon last nite ripped the program to shreds, from top to bottom. From easy practices to allowing their stud WR to have to hobble around campus on crutches… just tore it down.

But yea, give manny another year because the kids must love him cause they playing hard

Replay?

I’ve mentioned the practices being a joke and hinted some other things, then some posters acted like I was a conspiracy theorist. Right down to how kings injury was handled. **** there’s a lot more drama going than what I post. When I say it’s a complete clown show I mean it. From Manny on down. I don’t need to put anything more out than that.
And yet, people are making scenarios where he stays. He stays, don’t spend. You are wasting your loot. This guy is horrible. Just pick any game and watch.

it was in some 'twitter space" open conversation. DJ Dallas was in it , too. Apparently Blades popped in but then left.
I saw a link elsewhere to someone who had taped some of it. Didn't hear Ahmon but I did hear DJ. He was asked a lot of stuff directly but he didn't criticize the program or any of the coaches. All he said was he wasn't on the team now so he couldn't speak to what was going on.
Dj didn’t say much. Ahmmon was on fire. Anyone wanting to give many another year needs to know what he says:

- practices too easy
- No competition in practices (1s vs 1s)
- Acceptance of mediocrity
- Don’t demand perfection/excellence
- S&C isn’t good enough
- Coaches slow ID talent, slow to trust players
- ****** play calling
- Not nearly enough staff, coaches waste time with BS
- Players don’t do extra work
- Players cheat on their reps
- No player leadership so young guys pick up bad habits
- Losing is OK

He talked about Cager going to UGA and being shocked at the culture, which was everywhere from the AD down to the janitor. Players ALL put in extra work. Anybody who didn’t was ostracized. At Miami, nobody did. He said the 2 schools operated on different levels in every single way, and Miami wasn’t even close.

He talked about the amateurish nature of our program… when he was on crutches, he had to hobble around the campus w no help. Any serious school would’ve taken care of him. Talked about other programs having staff to help the position coaches w bull****, but Miami coaches have to do it themselves which takes away from game planning etc.

His soliton was to blow the whole thing up, fire coaches and AD and build something competitive. This was an elite recent player, talking openly about the state of the program.

Thing is… most of this shlt doesn’t cost a single dime. And still not being done

Georgia players were watching film after one of their wins , players were pretty much evaluating each other. At Miami some of our upperclassman leaders are laughing / joking during film and is out the door with the quickness to party. As I’ve said in the past “portal kids and incoming Fr are shocked when they get here , from the coaching to the players attitudes ,work ethic”. AR82 is speaking truth.

A lot of the problems money can’t even fix. But new leadership can.
