Manny (likely) staying (through the end of season, TBD thereafter)

I know I recently read an article about the 19-20 season and the Acc revenue. Each school made over 30 million dollars. That’s just Acc money. That doesn’t include ticket revenue , football donations and merchandise.

So lets just say the Acc revenue is normally in the 15-20 range previous years and that’s before the other revenue the school has made elsewhere. So do y’all think Miami has money for football ? Do you think Miami invests all that money in football ? Does it look like Miami invests that money into the program? The answer has always been in front of your face. As I’ve been saying for awhile “they have plenty of money , they just choose not to spend it on the program”. I’d be willing to bet Miami was in the 50 million range after everything in 19-20.

They’re a private school so they can play the whole “ we’re a small institution and cant spend like other schools”. Yet nobody is asking them to spend like Bama, just spend , have a plan , a direction and find leadership. Rather than hoarding the football money, staring at the checks like Donna Shalala when she received 50 k from Nevin.

The saddest part is they stack the cheese they make from football but never want to put it all back into the program making that money. **** theres people who have doubts their donations even go to football. It took national embarrassment to light a fire under their asses, even though the fans have been saying this for years. Yeah, us toxic fans!!!!
Now Add the $15 mil from adidas.

Football revenue is over 60M. We don’t need general fund money. It’s the opposite, the general fund no longer needs football money.

We know we know he dropped the games he shouldn't but the youngins was thrown in the fire during that.. now everything is finally starting to click... we all make mistakes that was Manny mistake but he's learning and getting better finally.. how long it took Butch again lol.. but Manny knows now he has to hire a DC moving forward.. but at the end of the day the kids are finally having fun out there and making tackles lmao.. just chill and let this play out..
When you say we need to hire a dc you're saying the head coach sucks as a dc right? If he’s a defensive specialist and sucks at that why would you want him running the entire team? That makes him useless, he brings nothing to the table. He’s not even a pretty good recruiter. Just meh to average.

Keep him kids loves him yall really wanna mess up this south Florida recruiting get out yall feelings and support these kids that's playing their hearts out for they're coach and recruits are noticing that too straight facts..
Kids love him?

Yea! They sit around at night, order pizzas, and sit in a circle taking turns telling each other how much they love manny diaz.

The dudes who are balling are NOT balling for manny. (“Balling for Manny” would make a great t shirt) Theyre playing for themselves and their team mates.

What’s the cost to run the entire ad? What does baseball and basketball bring in? What happens to any profit?

The whole kids love him is extremely over exaggerated. Does some of the younger kids like him ? Yeah but there’s a bunch that can’t stand him or think he‘s clueless. Majority of these kids are plying for teammates , their future or playing time. Since manny finally started using that in year three smh.

Ahmmon last nite ripped the program to shreds, from top to bottom. From easy practices to allowing their stud WR to have to hobble around campus on crutches… just tore it down.

But yea, give manny another year because the kids must love him cause they playing hard

I’ve mentioned the practices being a joke and hinted some other things, then some posters acted like I was a conspiracy theorist. Right down to how kings injury was handled. **** there’s a lot more drama going than what I post. When I say it’s a complete clown show I mean it. From Manny on down. I don’t need to put anything more out than that.

How about we hire a basketball coach that isn't a senior citizen? Hire a coach that can build a long term program, instead of a guy that will cut every corner to win now, long term viability be damned? You have a solid base of talent with what L has brought in. You get some bigs worth a **** and you can possibly be back in the tournament in year one, provided L retires after this season(Which is a very distinct possibility, considering what I've heard from some people with knowledge of the program).

I'm going to stick with Pitino. Give me the quick fix guy that can get UM to the Sweet 16 by year 2, then players around the country will see UM as a viable basketball school. You say Pitino is a senior citizen like he's rolling around in wheel chair- dude was in his mid 60s, banging chicks on a restaurant table. I'd say he still has some lead in his pencil.

If he fixes the program as quickly as he busts a nut in a jacket closet he’s a shoe in.

These dudes act like your talking about their mother. Thing is, anybody who pays attention figures out everything you say is spot on.

Most of us appreciate you, bro. You’re doing the lords work.

This is all in addition to recruiting being god awful…. Poor player development… the LB position, which is Manny and his stooges (Patke Baker) primary focus being as bad as ever

Plus the losses

Even if Manny goes 8-4, and you tally up all of the Pros and Cons under Manny, firing him is still the right move. And my guess is the new hire comes in January sometime

I was giving a low guesstimate but that’s even worse lol. It’s sad .
This is sad as **** but no surprise. The only thing I care about is whether or not everything you have heard and posted so far continue to be the way things are trending re: Blake, Manny, and the changes supposedly coming with respect to actually running this thing like a big boy program?

Also you heard anything more on Cristobal? Seeing his name and LSU in the same sentence just makes me believe we are gonna ***** this thing up somehow.

If this schools master plan and “reinvestment” into the football program is to hire Mark Stoops then I’m out

With everything that has happened over the past 20yrs and all this talk of change, and your grand idea is to hire a middle of the road SEC coach??? Who I’d guarantee if he didn’t have UM ties you wouldn’t even consider
If money isnt an object, then hiring Stoops doesn't fly. If that is the case, the Miami should be backing up a Brinks truck to Urban Meyer's house. This is why I feel that some people are running a con. You don't go big and hire Stoops. You go big and hire someone you KNOW won't fail.

Hire the closest thing to a sure candidate as you can get, if money doesn't matter. You will be back at square one in 5 years, but you'll have at least 2 CFP appearances in that span to show for it.

Where’s you see his name and Lsu? I know he’s interested but where’d you see it?

So, if Manny wins regular season out. 8-4.

Faces WF for ACC, and wins. 9-4.

Faces a solid team in a NY6 bowl as ACC champion, 10-4

Sells to BOT, my losses were to two top 3 teams currently, and a game where my Fr QB was essentially making his first start.

10 - 4 ACC Champions, losses to two playoff teams, and Fr QB making first real start.

Hypothetically speaking, yall still want him fired? Think about what those final 6 games entail as well, dont keep your mind on 4-4 thoughts.

Just curios about these answers lol.
bc I don't think it will happen BUT if we were to finish 10-4 w an orange bowl win, then no one is getting fired at that point and I wouldn't blame them. that's ripping off 8 straight wins with an NY6 bowl? yeah don't see anyone getting fired after that. now I don't see it happening haha bc well its Manny.
