Coach O didn't hire the DC. His first OC didn't workout and promoted a Les Mile hire. Didn't hire the SC coach and got lucky on a transfer QB. I love Coach O, even wanted Richt to hire him. But he didn't out smart anyone. Admin flop with Fisher and gave Coach O the keys and told him not to crash what they built. Which he did his first year but bounce back year 2.
