Manny apparently doesn’t learn

I just watched BC shred them up with a slow-footed QB, no running game, one small and fast WR from Ft. Lauderdale named Zay Flowers, and a good TE. If we don't have more material than BC, then we're trash.

Flowers is a really good player. I wanted us to pursue him as a DB but he's a very good WR as well. He was the top playmaker on the U-School team with McIntosh and Sanguinetti.

I agree with your point-- we should score on Pitt. But it's amazing to me how many South Florida 3* WRs are balling for other teams while we struggle.

Can’t believe these ******** pulled this play on us, not once but twice.

Is it just me or did that Center commit two false starts in that video with his left hand? I swear that is part of the play I thought the same thing on Saturday, Center makes a slick little move, QB claps, try to get D to jump and no one moves as if it is an offsides.

Does Pitt bring the same caliber of CBs that Klump-sum does?

This could also be a way to put the WRs on notice they need to step up and make plays.
Not the same caliber as Clemson but they are good.

Pitt has a very good Defense, especially their DLine, they have one of the best front 4 pass rushes in the nation.

We must play fast vs. Pitt. They will get pressure.

Let them try. Pitt does not have the defense nor the DC that Clemson has. They're going to shut down all of our WRs, our TEs and our RBs ability to catch? OK… Let's not act like their DBs are going to be 50/50 in lock stop every pass.

We have almost an uncanny knack for choosing the wrong local WRs. Flowers looks electric every time I see him, and we didn't even talk to him. We already know about all the others.

They aren’t good. They been getting torched. The last 2 games they have given up over 300 yards passing in both with 7tds and 0ints. Has allowed a wr to go over 100 yards in both games too

We're too stringent on only wanting certain types of kids, this staff & Richt's crew were way too scared to recruit local players that don't check off every box of their ridiculous standards that ironically don't even work lol.

The best WR's we had since Ahmmon have all been non FL boys lol.

We keep recruiting these choir boys & need some crazy high maintenance players on the outside, people think you need a locker room full of missionaries in order to succeed, the best WR's in the modern era are almost to a man all crazy AF divas with a ***** loose lol.

We're also too reliant on local recruiting, we need an infusion of Houston, Dallas, STL & Louisiana kids.

The fact that Lashlee pretty much exposed himself today was pretty telling. There were some very strong sentences towards his end.

Its a learning process for him too. Expectations are different here.

Enos never did that. Enos just blamed everyone else.

lashlee also figuring out if the D is giving you that, you cant roll with it and make those plays bc the WRs are hot garbage.

Sarcasm done well is always appreciated. Forgive me for being a bit skeptical.
I hope he proves he can keep this together after a tough loss and not let it unravel unlike last year.

on the D side, its manny to control but hes hands off with the O esp this O and that should be how it is since lashlee is the brainchild. at some point, we have to rely on our receivers to make plays bc no matter what you scheme up, if your receivers arent going to make plays on single coverage then youre just gonna be screwed esp if the D is taking away the tight ends and the runs you like. there are some teams you will just out talent and destroy regardless but wont work that way w everyone

A few posters thought I was being hard on Lashlee for saying his gameplan was awful and he got raped Saturday. That wasn’t talent it was scheming vs scheming and Venerables slammed 12 inches right in his pooper. They literally ran the same d majority of the game, took away the zone read then lashlee filled his diaper to the brim while shaking in the fetal position.

for the record, i dont think that lashlees gameplan was bad. he always attacks those 1vs1 on the outside if they are there and he used to have pretty good success. just didnt work out.

however, if you are throwing deep balls to wiggins and pope, youre ****ed. and king underthrew an open mallory badly.
