"The culture"

He's been here for almost four full seasons now. He's responsible for at least half the roster. If he thinks the culture is bad then it's his fault.

He didn't walk into a brand new situation that he had no part in creating. **** him. He's a loser that's in over his head.

I like Manny. He is honest. I am just not sure he knows what a good OC and DC look like. I know he needs to fire both Baker and Enos who are very poor game-day coaches. Whether he will to do will define his tenure................

One of the few things Manny did not create is the culture change. That changed when Coker recruits became the starters.That being said Manny should never have been hired
 
This modern day cfb lingo is all a by product of the Saban impact on the game: treating the team like a corporation, having a culture, talking about the process, etc. The problem is, there is a gross disconnect between the implementation and what it takes to get to that and the vacuous nature of spouting off buzz words related to it ('the psychology of it'-see our head man).

This guy needed to get wet at Temple before even remotely being considered here.

It’s fine if he’s speaking facts as a fan or reporter. But speaking facts isn’t his job. He’s getting paid an exorbitant amount of money to fix those facts, not to observe them and report them.

Lots of people get too caught up in keeping it 100 and taking blame and all that other stupid “it starts with me” type of ****. I don’t give a fck about his observations. This bearded bottom just got smoked by FIU and needed late scores to keep it from looking like the beating it was. The unthinkable.

He’s responsible for the worst loss in program history and is the first coach to ever lose 3 games in a season favored by 14 or more. So fck his facts and observations.

amen to flash w/o substance,Bill parcels says you are what you are. we lost 3 times outright as double digit favorites and all i keep hearing is the same old routine, this guy is Al golden 2.0. TO chain and that ridiculous dancing routine we look like morons.......
