Man-cheese talks about him being at fault for not getting the players to respect the opponents, but it's ******* clear that none of the caoching staff respected the opponent either. And by respect the opponent, I mean respecting them enough to not go out there with the world's laziest play calling.
Enos for 3 quarters was playing in a phone booth, and it looks like the defense was handed back to Baker Saturday becasue that was EXACTLY the type of play calling we saw for the first month of the season. There was no game planning for the opponent, no new wrinkles, no will to go out there and put on a ******* show. They wanted to do the bare minimum in the penultimate game of the season and last game in Miami in a 6-4 season.
Fvck the coaches.
Great point. I wonder at some point if Manny will actually admit that he and his staff took on the roles of us fans (basically penciling this game in as a "W" and looking WAY ahead to possibly sneaking into the Orange Bowl to play Bama as crazy as it sounds) and spent 75% of his time recruiting and taking advantage of the 3 game win streak momentum to try and close this class strong instead of treating this game like it was the FSU game. I will bet that week of preparation for that FSU game was night and day compared to this FIU game. "Rookie HC" move right there. Smh.
