Malik Agbo

OU just picked up Jacob Sexton and their also favored for Jake Taylor and they’re after George Fitzpatrick hard. That’s not including their other OL commit and the interior guys. Anybody know how many they’re taking?
@SouthParkCane may have an idea on Oklahoma

They planned on a big offensive line class. Agbo was always on the outside looking in. He’s a second tier kid for them

So that means 2022 OT Agbo falls to Miami by default.

So UM'S 2022 Olline Class could be filled with:
2022 Malik Agbo ( by default because OU is full & he is a OU plan B/C )
2022 Falentha "Flip" Carswell ( by default because he is developmental plan C/D for the Top P5 schools recruiting him not named Miami)
2022 Tapuvae "Snoop" Amaama ( by default because UM is his biggest offer outside the state of Utah, despite his hoping/lobbying for Oregon or USC to offer)

**** Justice is definitely dosibling down on his ability to develop talent.

Great point.Justice and Simpson both are considered good coaches and we hear how recruits like them but they struggle to close on kids. They are chefs that need others to get them the ingredients to put together a good dish.

But our fans aren't worried because "this is the best staff that's ever been assembled". We could also be in trouble, this class and beyond, if there aren't any behind the scenes targets since they don't recruit OOS offensive linemen well. Portal Boyz incoming.

Richardson, Armella, and then there will be others.

Armella has off the field issues, hence why he transferred from Columbus HS back to STA.
Richardson has a deep trolling of Miami feel which is crazy considering he plays for Miami Central HS.

A little melodramatic for early July?

Melodramatic would be if we cleaned up OL recruiting, like a UGA for example, every year but there's complaints in July. That's not the case. We've gotten two 3* OL from OOS since Manny has taken over, Zion and Chris Washington. We're currently not in the lead for any blue chip lineman in this class either.

Things can change but there's a consistent pattern of uncertainty when the local talent isn't strong.
