Lyle

This RB draft class looks bad to me ngl. I feel even stronger that Fletcher should have declared tbh. Wonder what his combine numbers would be though…

If he plays like he did in playoffs next season, it’ll be great for us though…

Lyle will show people how good he really is this year. Is there a team with more weapons, period? If our offensive line gels this might be the best offense that Miami has ever seen. Balancing it with giving guys enough carries and receivers enough touches will be interesting. In my opinion, this team is built to win the title THIS YEAR. Our defensive line will be the nastiest in college football.

Fletcher probably didn't get a grade valued equal to his NIL at Miami. He's currently more valuable to the Hurricanes than to an NFL team. NIL money I'm sure helped tip the scales in favor of Miami over the NFL

I’m old school. Give me the contemporary Stephen McGuire & Larry Jones* combo of Mark MF Fletcher and CharMar Brown. Pads down moving forward, and man Brown has some hands to erase tight throws when the chips are down.

Just get out in front of the chains and keep rolling downhill. Pringle and Lyle are incredible backups, but Pringle can’t block (yet) and Lyle has to eliminate negative runs.

*These were two of Mario’s dudes when he played. He knows what it is supposed to look and feel like.

Yea timing is everything but I think him seeing Martinez (loaded RB draft) leave 1,000,000+ on table to go to league and not have a job.. Made him think twice..

RB position in nfl is least valued dam near.. Every situation is different, that run he went on in cfb playoffs was impressive but with NIL, he not losing.. He definitely over a mil and maybe closer to 2.. Like you are saying, more valuable to us..

Both excellent points. NIL changed the staying/leaving decision more for RBs than any other position.

People keep saying this, but on it's face it is absurd. Why would we offer someone signficantly more in NIL than he is likely to get in the NFL at a low value high supply position...

If that were true it'd be dumb as **** by our staff. No other way to put it.

How many carries do you think he will get this year? He aint gunna be a workhorse most of the season. So why would he be paid like it.
