Contender I wasn't going to go but I am really glad I went. I am very excited what Blake has in mind and the commitment from the administration. "We are now a basketball school". That was the joke fellas.
 
Whether it's good news or bad news, Canes fans always have pitch forks at the ready.

The commitment from the administration is surprising after what we've been dealing with over the last 10+ years. I still can't believe the new and revived commitment to UM football after what we've had to put up with recently, but it's happening! Good things are coming fellas!
 
Valid I disagree with you, Blake is going to make a splash and I believe we will all be very happy. No names were mentioned but I have a good feeling about this.

I'm not high on the admin's previous actions - not a big fan of BJ either - but if there's no hope then why even spend the energy keeping up with this stuff?

Based on the last 15 years, I'm going to take a "prove it" approach when it comes to this administration, but I hope you're right.
 
mirabalCane, thanks for the information. Do you know what our ceiling is money-wise for the next coach? How much are we realistically willing to dish out?
 
This interest in Miami is all due to Kaya. We have a QB. if we had no one back there we would be dead in the water!!

10. I want Butch and lots of people there who contribute a ton of money to the program made it clear that they want Butch.

Number 7 has me skeptical....Might be first time that's ever been said about Miller lol.

BigCaneAl I am telling you he is committed to making us relevant. In terms of ceiling I have no idea but I can assure you based on what I heard they are going to spend, money is not an issue. In terms of when we will know I have no idea.
