Didn't the admin ban it at home games but then brought it back?I'm sure LSU's administration had no clue the fans would start chanting the lyrics. Let's see if they play it again at a football game.
... I am sure @nystateofmind would agree (as do I), but this is the best fight song in college football, and I am unsure how I am NOW just seeing this for the first time...
This is some real BDE... the pussies up and down our school would never allow this.
Yeah they were gonna fine them, but OBJ said he will gladly pay the penalty.Didn't the admin ban it at home games but then brought it back?
I'm just saying how it cool it was that an HBCU played a different version of the song for 30 years and it never became as popular as a P5 university on national television. Cool story.

So that's where the fake money ended up .Yeah they were gonna fine them, but OBJ said he will gladly pay the penalty.
It’s not a national story for HSBCUs or black folks the same way Elvis was more popular than little Richard or James Brown in America. It’s not some new phenomenon.
It’s new to many whites and the national media, but That song and many different versions of it really are just some normal isht for HHBCUs that’s been around for years and years and years.
Where do i mail the we did it first make us famous too trophy to?
Every HBCU school has been playing this song since 1984 but it's now popular since LSU started playing their X rated version of it.
I don’t understand the song or the phenomenon or the reason it’s an issue.

Lol you aren't allowed to tell black history on this board.. 6 month banEvery HBCU school has been playing this song since 1984 but it's now popular since LSU started playing their X rated version of it.
They don't know any black history TeeNever became popular? Smfh. it’s been popular for decades hence why a PWI pays homage by playing the song.
Go listen to “hollywood divorce” by OutKast
Huh? You're incoherent.LSU band is the Rancho Carne Toros of College music. Southern be The Clovers! Bring it on!
Probably passing cash to all the players....probably a corrupt program representing the most corrupt state in the union.Lsu a real program from top to bottom. Look at all the former players they had in the lockerrom.
