Conspicuously included in that list of 4/5 stars for us is Jake Heaps...just saying...lots of young talent for us, sure--advantage miami 2015-16. I think we get the win but this is kind of thin

We only have 24 four and five star guys? Bama gets that in one class.

The talent is undeniable. It's other people travelling to Louisville that is concerning.

We have the talent to win. Not sure team knows how to win yet. I don't mean win close games; we are actually not bad at that. I mean go out there and crush their little heads and steal their souls win. We have no intimidation factor at all. We have some players who concern the other team, but no one who makes them wake up in the middle of the night with cold sweats. We need to deliver pain and humiliation for 60 minutes, so the teams on our schedule KNOW it is on this year. That we are coming for their hearts to eat and their blood to drink. Not bs pregame crap like stepping on that little sissy bird, I mean first hit on the kick off oh **** that of stuff. Load up the lumber and bring it.

Although, I would mind Al riding out of tunnel on a hog with a neck brace on. But better if he took laps on it after the game giving their fans the bird.

I am very aware of the level of talent we possess in comparison to theirs. To be blunt, I expect us to win this game. As a matter of fact, if we don't beat them and beat them soundly(by double digits) I will be very disturbed.

Having said that I'll take a one point heart stopper and be happy to escape with a win. I just think it's high time we start to gel, put it all together and play up to our potential. Instead of our guys being passive, reactive and unsure, I want to see a focused and aggressive team that takes it to them from the opening kick and looks confident, poised and completely sure of what they are doing.

Great post.

We can put up similar graphic to most every team we play. Some people would have u think we are William and Mary

Nice post..but you can throw all that out the window...its where the talent is on the team that matters..

Duke has one 4 star guy on Defense in Cash...he made a huge difference for them

U of L had teddy and monsters on D ( some still there) and some play makers on offense..if we had depth last year and a Duke and Dorset the game would have been closer and maybe we had a chance to win...

Miami probably has more talent on this team than any team we play except FSU...they are loaded as we all know at every position
If we can play 5 Lbs and 7 Dl in this game that can hold their own we can win this game...I am not worried about the offense and Kaaya, duke and the older guys need to help him and can..

The D and special teams is on display...of they can play smart and like the supposed too we win this game

I just don't see Louisville being anywhere close as good as they were a year ago.

Agreed, maybe my Kool aid is too strong but I think we win next Monday and I don't think it'll be as close as people believe. Louisville lost a lot of talent. We were missing our entire receiving corps for that game Pretty much, not to mention our best player. They haven't seen any of our playmakers.

Don't get me wrong the way teddy sliced up the defense, we still would have lost even if everyone played but I think even if the defense plays poor we win imo

Stars don't show the dog in players. If the culture of our team has continued to evolve, like I believe it has, then we should be as aggressive as we've ever seen under Golden. That agreession or lack there of is what will win or lose games. It is our time.

If you go by talent we should win comfortably, but we can't overlook the D'onofrio factor. His presence alone makes Louisville the favorite.

Louisville doesn't recruit from the same talent pool that UM does. Never has. Never will . No excuse for losing to them. If you sign better players you should win.

You can probably re-use this post for every team we play this year besides FSU. We have out recruited them all. That's not the problem.

REPAY THE *** RAPE FOR 4QRTS TO INCLUDE A PRE-GAME & POST-GAME / MIDFIELD FIU TYPE CURBSTOMP.....

THEN, AND ONLY THEN WILL I BE ABLE TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS SEASON....

It's not just that we've out recruited them. If you believe CBS's draft projections, then 6 out of the 9 players projected to be drafted were 2 or 3 stars in high school.

That gives me a great deal of optimism when it comes to our ability to evaluate and develop talent.

I think we have good reason for optimism this year. We could shock the world...
