You expect your kicker to make a 22 yard field goal. Best thing in that scenario is to take the final snap of the game. Blame the other 59 minutes for the loss but not this.

If you’re gonna play for the field goal in college football it’s fine to do so inside the 5 maybe 10 yard line. Even if your kicker slightly hooks it it’s still good.

Anything longer than that and you’re needlessly throwing the dice at this level.

We lost yardage and took it for granted.

Manny knew it too at the end before the kick.

Love the fight these kids have.

They deserve better than this incompetent program.

No one thinks a FG with 3 seconds left is the bad call. They are mad that at 1:30 he stopped moving the ball so he can go for a FG when there is 3 seconds left.

He's a good kicker but if you need to rely on your freshman kicker often you're gonna get burned. Not the kid's fault.

They had 100 yards of offense into the third quarter. It doesn't matter if he makes the kick or missed the kick, the problems are all still there. The W or L is irrelevant.
