I sometimes feel bad for programs who are mid-to-not very good, they finally find a coach who gets them at least very competitive, and then he bolts for a better job and their back at square one.

What will matter is who his OC will be. He gets the right guy at that position he’s gonna pull a lot of good guys on offense.
