Lightfoot Injury?

And that’s exactly what @ShadowSpring cannot seem to wrap his head around. It’s mind blowing to me, that he can’t seem to understand that. He must be a relative of a Pringle or something because no one else would continue to go out on a limb for this kid who can’t block over and over again like he does. It’s becoming borderline insanity.
Offensive line, especially interior, isn’t perfect, so better have an RB with size & attitude helping with protection.

I’ve said repeatedly he’s not ready but after seeing Merriweather I’m like he can’t be that bad. Every snap was awful , it felt like he looked worse every snap . I knew guard was his spot but I never saw swing guy . His footwork was awful and he looked like a fish out of water out there.
I was thinking the same watching it.

Also hopefully this is a wake up call to those who kept saying we could simply move McCoy inside to shore up our line, as if we could just put in anyone at T.

No hold while being clotheslined
Several of these last night.

The roughing the passer against Heldt was a bad call but the next drive a more egregious hand to the head and face of Mensah was ignored.

Once again, the ACC refs called an inconsistent game. Would be nice if th same "transparency" the conference provides for official reviews would occur on Mondays by releasing the officiating crews' game call report (every crew is scored and evaluated by an NFL ref). Remove the ref's name from the report, but release it so fans can see what calls are missed or not and why

Injuries are starting to become unworkeable.

You know the fun thing about humans? They heal.

Two weeks to get the banged up healthier.
Two weeks to hopefully get Lucas and Antonie back.
McCoy and Maxx playing most of the second half. McCoy, even if he needs surgery, is going to play as it is now 5 for 5 and his money year.

Our defense is playing lights out given all the injuries. The offense though, there are always stretches where it just seems like they are phoning it in, inexplicable really. The score in the 3rd was closer than it should have been but whatever it’s still Clemson in Death Valley.

Forearm or hand- cub the kid up in 2 weeks.

Pickett, Scroggins, Blount, Wilson, Layfette aren’t a bad group.
From what I saw, it didn’t seem like a big hit or tackle. He was standing up and seemed like he twisted his right arm trying to move an OL.
