Mayo from a jar is boring but if you make your own from scratch it’s much better. It’s just eggs and oil. I do it for tuna salad mostly. Use avacado oil and dijon.

That Hellmans **** is nasty.

Dukes mayonnaise is the only mayonaise. And the only time I eat it is on a sammich

I’ll just say, if you prefer your mashed, oily, greenish-yellow, strange smelling quasi-fruit to also taste a little bit like garbage, then, by all means, add cilantro to your guac.

I actually like the cheese itself, but the liquid version for dipping...meh.

For me, if you need to dip your wings in another condiment, the sauce/seasoning (or wing itself) ain't good enough.
