I would go with Butch, mainly because Butch knows how to build at Miami..
Les is a much more accomplished coach, and in all honesty he would get the nod if it were between the two.
Just my opinion on the 2, I'm not sure Les would be up to rebuild the program like Butch is. IMO Butch is very hungry for this job
