Leonard Taylor committing 8/6

It's funny, the Gaytor fans don't even realize what we've done with the non-coaching-staff hires. They are so befuddled with the whole "why doesn't 11 wins outweigh 6 wins" stuff that they have no idea that we added a few key parts to the staff that involve a lot of Dade County love and respect.

Shhh, don't anyone give away our secret recipe. Just let them continue to think that it's all about Ed Baba Yaga Reed snatching their hearts out.

We’re actually starting to put together a good recruiting staff. Also it’s a young staff , they’re figuring some **** out.

i figured. i normally don't like the primary recruiter listings since we all know the guys behind the scenes like DVD, cooney, tellys, patas, etc. make a diff in the recruitment of these kids and are often times as important as the recruiter listed.
Yup. Kitchens pops said that if it wasn’t for dvd his son would not be coming to miami. Now banda will get the credit for him but dvd is who had the relationship there

You would think they didn't win 4 games just a couple of years ago. Different staff, but the point remains.

Key word "respect". Kids know when it's real or "southern hospitality" BS.

Add the social justice aspect and we've got a paradigm shift in CFB recruiting which is really benefitting UM.

Hmmm, let's see...

Pick Miami? The university that was the first Division I-A program in the south to offer a football scholarship to a black athlete? And a student body that then elected that black athlete as student government president?

Or pick Florida? A university that was originally limited to white males? And which recently decided to drop the "gator bait" chant? And which plays in the SEC, the bastion of plantation-mentality in college football (and, no, I'm not ignoring the fact that Clemson is located on the site of an actual plantation)?

Yeah, if only Gaytor fans could go back to the glory days of kids picking universities based solely on win-totals, attendance, and SEC-SEC-SEC...

Absolutely, that's why I included that word. You are 100% right on "southern hospitality", it's all sugar and honey going into your ears, but you have to pay attention to what is said and done behind your back.

"Bless their Gaytor hearts."

I am in noway denigrating all the really great people in the Gainesville area, but my wife and I had a racial incident up there a few years back and unfortunately its really soured us on that area. We've never even witnessed anything similar in SFL.
