I haven't been this excited over a recruit's highlight tape since watching Duke Johnson's junior year highlight tape for the first time. LW just runs by people.
 
For those concerned about star ratings, lemme add this; Scout and Rivals use a market-based approach to their star rankings, meaning that their star ranking goes up as more and more Power 5 teams offer a kid. So its not so much a ranking of a kid's talent or potential (as most here seem to think) but more so a ranking of what the marketplace thinks of him.

It took me less than a minute to realize that I liked this kid. He clearly is playing at a different speed than everybody else on the field. He goes 0-60 in a second.

Turns out Williams is taking an OV to Tennessee after all. He initially canceled his visits to UT and Virginia Tech after committing to Miami.
 
I don't care what a guy is rated now that much. I do care but I care more about how Mark Richt will develop them. Once he got good athletic talent am ok with it. I rather that than a kid rated high that doesn't look anything special on tape.
 
When did Williams leave for Tennessee? My buddy lives in Tennessee and he told me everything is shut down because of ice and heavy snow. Some highways were shutdown and conditions were bad early Friday morning with airports closed. Recruits are getting an eye full of Tennessee at its worst.
