In other words..

Yes he was a silent

If he picks Alabama, anticipate we’ll hear some or all of the below:

1 Recruiting is fluid
2 As of (insert date) he was all UM, but that changed in the last ((insert time frame)
3 it’s a business decision
4 Parent(s) initially did not, but finally gave their approval
5 Prior connection with Kul carried over
6 It’s all about the Benjamins

If he picks us then ...... never mind.

If Jess Simpson can't land a recruit over Kuligowski...why is he here exactly?

Seriously? You don’t think it’s more of the results Bama has produced on the field as compared to Miami lately? Just being a realist here.

I love posts like this. As if it's remotely even close to a fight between Simpson and Kool.

It's Miami vs Nick Saban. And there's a slim to none chance Miami wins that fight.

Facts. If Bama offers a DT you know they are going to kill it in CFB.

Yup

When did Saban have a ****** record at Bama other than his first year? Doesn't exist. He's had double digit wins every single season after his first year. He had Bama ranked as high as #1 in the AP poll at one point in his second season there. He went undefeated with a NC in his third year. It's a fact that winning helps with recruiting.

The minute jimno took over fsu started recruiting out of this world same for kirby

Again agree to disagree

Kirby is the perfect example. The guy had all the same opportunities as Richt, but ended up OBLITERATING Richt on the recruiting trail.

Will pass judgement on Simpson until I see how he recovers from this. Not a good look right now.

he just got here. he hasnt had time to build relationships

[Cane6]

If our offense and Richt look foolish against BC the wheels are about to fall off the Richt train, recruiting takes a hit then it’s a vicious cycle

He’s doing a **** of a job coaching up the d line. If he could close on Bogle, Weaver, Summerall, and get a solid DT that’s fine by me.

right. i want one or two solid dt's. i think this board underrates holley.

It is what it is. You have to realize that when Bama wants to drop bags, they're not playing around. As long as they're allowed to buy up every prospect they want, the rest of the nation will have to dig through their scraps.

Local kid. Miami fan. Long time Miami lean. One visit to Baga and he's $old.

This is the entire explanation. Everything else is window dressing.

Think Blissett is underrated. I hope that’s how you spell his name lol.

New York kids are tough so he will have that dog in him. I’ll take a look at Holley’s tape, I’m sure Simpson will do a solid job with him.

DOnt think kool out recruited.. Bama just made an offer he couldn’t refuse

You guys are in denial. You completely ignore opportunity cost.

It's not that Simpson is a BAD recruiter, it's that he's not a GREAT one and loses 1v1 battles.

Look at Dugans. Look at how much more valuable he is as a GREAT recruiter over keeping a not bad, but average recruiter, in Kevin Beard.

It's night & day. I guarantee you there's a better recruiter out there that we could have hired other than Simpson and I bet that recruiter could have won against Bama.

Do not give this kid any attention on his announcement......i hope he gets pushed out by bama last minute.
