His main reason for goin to perv state was because of Larry Johnson its not set in stone but the writings on the wall
 
I wish our program was competent. It's frustrating as **** watching the gap between our program and others get larger.
 
Wonder how this plays in Happy Valley. Fans and almuni were mad at BO'B for firing JoePa guys. Wonder if Franklin gets that same reaction.
 
Big miss by everyone who needed a good DLine coach. Urban Meyer just stole a GREAT coach from a rival school in the blink of a second because everyone else was slow on the trigger. I guess he has no problems with Penn State castoffs.

It's not like OSU needed any help, but Pennsylvania recruiting just became easier for Ohio State....as well as DC and other areas down across the Mid-Atlantic.

So the two biggest hires of the off-season were assistant coaches hired by Saban [4 NCs] and Urban [2 NCs]. We on the other hand stand pat [Al 0 NCs]. Hummmmm
 
Larry Johnson Sr is a top notch recruiter but all of his contacts over the past 20 years are in the NE, an area where Al doesnt need all that much help. Doubt he would have come down here and dominate the recruiting landscape. We need guys who know the South Florida area.
