lance not high on wilson's perfomance

The d line at the end of the season last year was playing insane football. Pockets were being collapsed almost immediately. It’s going to make us more critical of the guys trying to replace that. They won’t reach that level and the defense won’t be as dominant. The good news is our offense has the potential to be absolutely filthy. They can more than make up for a step back on the defensive side.
 
Wait, why is there **** for a real word? Does this site think that is a swear word. An ****nal is a building where military weapons and equipment are stored or made, or a general collection of weapons. [1]

Oh I actually have no clue if he does or doesn't. I was testing typing the word ****nal to see if it puts *** in it. Haha. Apparently the censorship gods think that is a swear word.

I thought I was tripping. Buddy look like 2025 Lofton out there. He lost all explosion from what it looked like. I hope this isn't another Tyler Barron situation.

You know when I first saw him I thought “who is that?” Since I couldn’t see the numbers. He looked much bigger than I thought and wonder if he put on some extra weight to be able to be that edge setter that was supposedly missing in his repertoire.

Yeah I’d understand being concerned if this was a Marvin Jones Jr. situation where we took a transfer with no production and a high school pedigree, but Wilson has shown it on Saturdays. Being concerned over one game is ridiculous.
 
He was fine. Everybody wanted to decide in 20 minutes that he and SJ weren’t good. Neither is going anywhere. Wilson had the most noticeable pressures on the passer in the game considering the whole game. Similarly SJ had two bad misses early then he was basically fine and he offers some things that none of the others do. Neither is going anywhere. Buchanan I could see losing some time and Chase Smith if Pruitt can be the middle of the defense on pass downs.
 
I called it out all game. He was terrible. Against the worst o line we will see all year. You want to work on one move all day that is great but once that move isn’t working and you’re putting bad rep after bad rep on tape only an idiot would continue to try and work on that weakness when it’s clearly not working… in his money year as well 🤣

All eyes will be on him against Wake. The pass rush has to get home against those guys.
