Kirby hires Matt Luke to coach his Oline meanwhile Manure Diaz

OP raised a **** of a strawman by saying posters don't want people fired LOL. UM ain't hanging with the big boys when it comes to hiring assistants, just look at our ******* staff, more than half wouldn't have P5 offers if fired. Maybe this changes and we can get better coaches, but I won't be get mad just because UGA hired Matt Luke, it would be insanity

we have nobody coaches bc the HC is a nobody who has zero respect in the coaching world. he’s a gimmicky fanboy whose daddy got him jobs.

NO. He had one throw away season at Ark that was decent with players he didn't even recruit.

Once they lost the QB, RB & TE their offense the two following seasons declined precipitously.

He's ***. Anybody that thinks he's not is either retarded or a Corch worshipper.

Enox should've already been fired a week ago.
Makes you think he probably wont be, that no one will be let go. We need a Football AD that makes the calls on these things.

OL coach is the 3rd most important coach on a college team. Look at the finalists for the Joe Moore award: Bama, OSU, UGA, Oregon. Look at ND when they had Harry Hiestand. OU under Bedenbaugh are still in the CFP despite reloading most of their line this year. Texas has an excellent OL under Herb Hand but had to fire their crappy coordinators. Auburn had a surprise year and OL is the strength of their team. Then compare UF (brand new OL that did its job this year) to Miami and FSU (consistently awful OL in recent years).

Hiring a good OL coach is one of the cheapest ways to gain a major competitive advantage in the CFB landscape. Diaz chose Butch Barry who was the OL assistant to an awful Tampa Bay line that helped get the coaches fired. This is where we're at.

Give it a rest..

Do you really expect Manny to hire someone who could eventually replace him? It wont happen! Look at our defensive staff. Besides Rumph, no one has ever been heard of before. And this is Rumphs first stop in CFB. Prepare yourselves for the frustration that is inevitable next year and hopefully the admin will be embarrassed enough that we can move on completely
CMD will be relieved of duties after he looses to Temple.....hopefully fake and Carrol are gone as well

Skill position players can't do anything without the guys blocking in front.

We basically had a impenterable brick wall in front of Dorsey in 2001.

I've not been impressed with Butch Barry, but on the other hand, we're starting a true freshman at LT because the prior guys couldn't beat him, which is on the prior coaching staff.

Howecer some guys have regressed from last year, which is entirely on Barry.

and CIS posters don't want to fire anyone until after the prestigious bowl game and to save our recruiting class. All the good OC's, offensive coaches and Defensive coaches will be gone by the time we hire(if he fires anyone).

Wow, you don't say—an SEC school with more money than god has the ability to add a recently-fired head coach to their staff.

As if we haven't seen this over the years with Saban at Alabama—pulling in a Lane Kiffin, Steve Sarkasian or Butch Jones.

News flash, holmes—Miami ain't Georgia, with their $13M annual staff budget or NCAA-leading $7M they spend on recruiting. HardRock will never never be a packed Stanford Stadium, either—with a next-level recruiting lounge that was also part of their $200M "do more" initiative to try and catch up with the Crimson Tide—most of that money coming from die hard, check-writing alumni.

"But Miami has ACC rev-share money and adidas money!"

Great, Georgia has SEC Network money, Nike money—AND a massive alumni base that is funneling money into that program to build a winner.

The day Miami has a "Magill Society", like they do in Athens, that signs up over 1,100 new members in 2018—at a minimum of $25K-per-click—then maybe you'll see recently fired head coaches joining UM's staff.

Until then, people can sit around here screaming into the ether that Miami should be great, because it was great three decades ago—and that this program should be doing so much more—while non-alum fans don't write checks to support the program, but throw money at GoFundMe accounts to fly stupid banners or to put up idiotic billboards.

Even if we make changes how do we even compete with moves like this. An SEC HC now coaching OL

We need to really pony up cash

saying it again..expect NO changes...cmon, he gave us the script already even..

Unless hes already got someone on the low who he is committed to, I am starting to believe he wont fire anyone either. HC are making changes to their staff left and right and don't give a **** about a bowl game or recruiting. They are making upgrades. WTF are we doing? Smh.

I honestly think he’s hoping Enos gets one of these other jobs so we aren’t on the hook for 1.5m
