You do realize he was a QB in high school turned WR for through necessity at Houston (injuries ravaged their WR unit) before taking the QB job next year as he pulled double duty initially.

During his senior season, he broke the career Texas 6A passing touchdowns record of 117 set by Kyler Murray the year before. During his high school career he passed for over 10,000 yards and rushed for over 3,000, throwing for 140 touchdowns and rushing for 48.

So you were saying? He's been a QB since childhood.
 
King is the problem? This entire coaching staff and King is a problem. This team is garbage and any of you defending it are just as complacent as the university.

I'm thinking king's struggles are a product of the Manny defense. 80% of the time we play off and don't challenge receivers. That's what king sees in practice, so during the game when defenses challenge our receivers he doesn't know what to do. The guys aren't wide *** open and he doesn't know where to throw.
 
Far from our problems. Like we might have 99 other problems we could start with, he’s the last one I’d point a finger too

but I get it. Garcia has a cult following now

I think people who are down in king are dumb like the same people who said we’d be so much better off without Shaq.

we lose this game tonight without King, hands down

I also don’t think our OC calls games to his strengths either. He’s not a zone read guy, he makes things happen when the pocket breaks down. He’s not a designed runner for the most part

let’s not forget Harley single handedly (all pun intended) killed two deep drives tonight when king put it on him

Well, judging by some of the comments here, perhaps it got a little rough in the crowd? I don’t know but I saw it to. Maybe they were ****ed at King too, lol ho knows.
