You have got to be f*cking kidding me.

A coach at a perennial college football power is blaming night games for his 6-6 record in his 4th year, and this isn't a reason to criticize? He should be criticized, castrated, and exiled. People wonder why his teams quit? Why his teams are always so soft? They take on the attitude of old Pop Warner Al here, along with his carefree, afternoon game loving, juicebox slingin', just have fun out there ways.

This guy comes to a ratings monster like Miami and tries to blame the prime-time games for his pitiful performance? Get the **** out of here. If you can't handle coaching at this level, admit it, be a man and say you are in over your heard. Say you failed this season. Trying to invent excuses like this is pathetic.


Oh, and for a coach that values "getting an extra jump-start" on preparation for games, he sure did cancel a lot of practices this season.

This guy's excuses get more pathetic by the day.

The 3-week jump start on last year's bowl game and the 8-month jump start on game 1 against Louisiville sure didn't seem to held Al's game planning.

This night game excuse is ******* embarrassing. If we lost a pivotal game and were a 9-10 win team on the cusp of by things after showing improvement on the field I could see maybe pointing to that as a reason we weren't able to reach the upper echelon, or something that hurt our chances anyway.

But four ******* years of the same old sad *** bull**** on the field can never be excused by a few ******* night games.

And furthermore, what kind of coach uses an excuse like that anyway? Journalists, media members, rabid fans on websites are the ones supposed to come up with those lame *** excuses. A ******* coach, a leader of men, should never be the one constantly pointing to obscure excuses hoping to rally everyone to his side.

That reeks of desperation and ineptitude.

The bull****ter's trick is to talk in generalities when questioned about details and to litigate trivia when questioned about principles.
 
Joe, we weren't prepared for all the night games, and that starts with me. I evaluate everything, Joe, and we have to address that. We need to find players better suited for these night games. We have to do a better job of recruiting Transylvania this class, Joe.
 
I emphatically support the Sabotage or any method of getting rid of Al Golden! If their is a member of the current staff that is successful in Sabotaging Al Golden, I say let him remain employed and name be placed in the Ring of Honor!
