Hit their 6’7” receiver HARD early. He’s less effective after his $&!@ has been rocked. Same with that g@@fy QB & Keon Coleman.

Pound them with Fletcher & have Chris Johnson & Brashard light them up.

Precision passing with Emory so we win the turnover battle. He’s also the best QB we have in the red zone. Packages for Jacurri.

Our OL has to show out. Our DL also needs to make their presence felt.

We can win, if we bring it…and win the turnover battle. We have no chance if we turn the ball over 2-5 times.

- This is strictly my opinion but if a backup qb were to enter the game I would love to see Jacurri be the qb. JB would help with my next point.

- We win if we're able to rush for at least 180yds. Being able to run the ball on FSU will be critical to stopping FSU's offense. The best way to stop a good offense is by having a run game that can eat the clock. Dawson needs to emphasize snapping the ball with 5 or less seconds left. We need to shorten the game. Take FSU's crowd out of the game by forcing them to watch 40+ rush attempts. Bludgeon FSU's front seven.

- Our Oline has to win the line of scrimmage on Saturday. This is the best unit on the team. We need to rely on our Oline to carry us to a win.

- Our WRs need to make plays when they present themselves. We need to set an emphasis on our playaction to play off our running game.

Defense
- Stop the run. I know Keon Coleman gets a lot of attention, deservedly so, but stopping FSU run game needs to be the priority. Expect FSU to run counter early and often to start the game. FSU embarrassed us last year by running counter 27 times.

- I don't think you can stop Jordan Travis but slowing him down and not letting him extend multiple plays is key for our defense.

- Force Travis to rollout to his left as Travis struggles to throw on his left side. Whether that means sending multiple corner cat blitzes on the right or sending an overload blitz off of the RT then do it, just don't let Travis get comfortable.

- Jordan Travis jersey needs to look ugly and dirty at the end of the game. We need to hit Jordan early and often. DON'T LET JORDAN TRAVIS GET COMFORTABLE!!!!

- Our Safeties need to be discipline and perform their primary function: be a safety net for the defense. We can't give up multiple explosive (20yd+) plays and expect to win.

- Limit Coleman's and Wilson's impact on the game. We need to slow Coleman down similarly to the way we slowed down Evan Stewart for 3 and half quarters when we played Texas A&M. Keep coverage over top and play off. Force FSU into taking the short throws. Again, limit the explosives.

- Weathering the storm. It's unrealistic to think we'll stop FSU outright. Our defense needs stay composed when FSU does make a play.

- Create[BGCOLOR=initial] turnovers: This might be the most important key. Give the offense more opportunities to control the clock and score. This also helps with taking the crowd out of the game. [/BGCOLOR]

The way James hits he might just put one of them boys on stretcher for real. Killa Kam back there head hunting too.

We need tolimit Coleman like we did Evan Stewart. We need to hold Coleman to 7 catches for 60yds as opposed to Coleman going off for 7 catches for 120+ and a TD.

Stop the run first and keep Travis in the pocket and u have a good start to attempt to stop the verticals
 
If a different QB starts, the upset is possible. There's a psychology behind doing things a diff way if they're behind it that gets people fired up. I think if a new QB starts, we'll see one of the best performances all season from the team. Defense has been pretty good (outside of the NC game). They're Top 10 Rushing defense, top 30 passing efficiency defense. Where things are concerning is Red Zone defense. There are some players on defense who get sucked in by eye candy. Everybody has to play disciplined.

If we follow the keys, we'll win. #1 thing tomorrow is Protect. The. Ball. Even if TVD starts he needs to be on extremely short leash. Run the ball, eat clock and play good respectable defense against them and we definitely increase our chances of winning.

FSU hasn't done too well against teams that are overwhelming physical, hence Clemson almost pulling off the upset. BC muddied the game against them. LSU's offense made the mistake of relying too much on the pass game instead of punching FSU in the mouth and keeping Coleman, Wilson, Travis, Benson, Bell on the sideline. Our offense right now is built to take the air out of the ball. Run that b**** 35+ times tomorrow. Possess the ball for 40+ minutes. When we're on Defense: Hit Stick, Bust D***, and Talk S***.

In what world of fairies and unicorns are you living in that you could think that we have any shot of beating the Holes with this head corch?

What have you seen these last 5 weeks from our offense to make you believe that we have a realistic shot at even being in this game?

We look worse and worse every week.

It’s okay to hate the Holes, while also understanding what the reality of our situation is.

CFB is any given Saturday type of sport. There are no guarantees. There's a reason why we play the game. I don't know how long you been a Canes fan but remember this is a rivalry game. We'll show up. This is personal.

I'll never book a Miami loss to no **** FSU. I don't care who they have on the other side.

Our fanbase has been puffing out their chests for the last almost 20 years, without any merit.

Also, way to ignore my question on your age. Since you asked me when it was that I became a fan. I was 9 years old, and it was the year before our Canes won their first ‘ship. So 41 years as a fan.
 
The spirit of Sean Taylor takes over James Williams and it looks there are 4 of him out there, of all our Canes James reminds me of our big time Canes. He is our big hitter and will dominate. Reuben Bain forces Jordan out of the pocket and Mister James Williams lays the lumber, everyone will know who James Williams and Reuben Bain are after this game, mark it down!

Protect. The. Ball. Run it down their throats, and make the plays that are available to us in the passing game.

I truly feel like we can hold FSU to 21 points. Clemson held FSU to 17 offensive points. Duke held FSU to 10 points at the half! FSU had 17 points in the 3rd quarter when Riley Leonard went down.

2 TD's and 3 field goals should get the job done. Our defense is going to show up.
