Maybe Mario hired some of these people more for their recruiting chops and name rather then their football acumen, and now he has to blow it up sooner then he thought.

That’s all your RB coach needs to do.

I know she’s a national personality for ESPN, but I’ve never seen her post very much about Miami personnel moves in the past, and I’m just scratching my head about what kind of sources she has developed where she could glean the information that only Mirabal is going to be left. I mean it’s possible, but like I said, I just don’t know if she has that kind of sourced information.

I'm sure someone at the ESPN offices said something like this about Mirabal being the last man standing, and then she typed it up without any fact-checking...

Kids need to realizes coaches leave. Leaving cause your position coach left or the guy who recruited you makes zero sense. Mario let’s them know upfront to understand losing your coach is likely over your 4 year career. I think the roster doesn’t see crazy attrition from these staff changes but we will see

Mario alluded to this in an interview a while back. It's why he's so involved in recruiting. He tells every recruit — "you commit to the head coach and not your position coach. They come and go, so as long as you believe in the HC's vision, you know their replacement will be to your liking."

Between WR and RB coach one needs to be an ace recruiter, preferably two lol. A Tim Harris and James Coley duo would be unbelievable. Also maybe Major Applewhite? He was Texas WR coach and they loved him and he can recruit

You were doing soooo well when you just limited yourself to being the "first" to repost tweets about coaches being hired...

Stay in your lane.
