I doubt he raped her but the kid has problems. He needs to get on meds, and go home to his family for a while, or this won't be the last time he's in trouble.

he doesn't need meds. he needs rehab. hes got drug issues and needs to get his life in order. hes had substance abuse issues since HS and at every stop in his college career. also, from what i heard -- his dad was a hard *** (was his coach) and once he left HS, he basically let loose
