Ken Dorsey (to gauge people's thoughts of him as a coach and his future, not necessarily as our OC for now)

Josh Allen is the reason Josh Allen is blowing up.

Maybe the best arm in NFL history, big 6'5 frame and athletic. Dude is an absolute stud. Get ready for the Bills to own the AFC East.
Josh Allen had 10TDs 12INTs his rookie season and was barely completing 50% of his passes. Allen final college season he completed 56% of his passes for 160 yards a game and 16TDs 6INTs in 11 games. Then Brian Dabol got his hands on him and he's developed him into a MVP caliber QB. I think Dabol is a huge reason for his success

he was a rookie most rookie qbs struggle, the talented ones improve the game slows down. Buffalo been stacked for like 3 years roster wise, how u beat buffalo? U leave him in the pocket

Josh Allen didn't show much growth in college though either. It's not like he was steadily improving every season. Once Dabol started developing him you could see a steady improvement each season.

LOL... the reason Josh Allen is good because of Ken Dorsey.... How can you make this statement and not immediately delete the post? I mean WTF?

Josh Allen is good because he is one of the best QBs on planet earth. Ken Dorsey is lucky to have him.

Cam Newton himself credits Dorsey for much of his success.

Don’t pay any attention to what Cam Newton or Josh Allen say about Ken Dorsey being a big part of their success. Listen to the random posters on this board instead. They have the real inside scoop.

Jesus Christ....it's one thing or another with you...
I can’t think that any former Miami player with a hint of coaching success shouldn’t be hired by Miami? We have people that think jimmy should oversee the program, Ed should be our dc and Dorsey should be our oc. It’s getting pathetic, especially when most people agree and know we need to ditch the Hiring of people learning on the job and also stop hiring people mainly because of their association to Miami. But by All means, let’s perpetuate the mistakes of the past 20 years…

I was watching Bills-Titans on Monday and they panned to a shot of him and Allen speaking on the sidelines. It reminded me of him in the Fiesta Bowl on the sideline riling everyone up. Gave me the feels, big time. I don't know that he's OC material but I'd love to see him on the staff at some point in the future.

Why would he leave a good stable position with upward mobility in a higher regarded field...to come here, get unceasing, irrational scrutiny and come work for people who treat pennies like they were manhole covers?

Yeah sure thing....., I can believe that🙄

Especially since those posters' whole point is that other random posters here are making schitt up. lol

Never let facts get in the way of a good opinion. (lots of that going around in our society these days)

Help me understand. Is it your position that top ten QB's are never busts and/or do not need further development?
There are guys that are misses that can't play at the level and guys that can. Haskins for example was a trash qb that did great in college with superior talent around him. That's why the Giants chose Jones....Jones isn't godlike but he was the better option when they did their homework which I agreed with. Same it probably going to happen with Fields...u either can play or u can't. I would look at the talent the QB had around him. Josh had nothing and killed in college he looked like an NFL QB. Does coaching matter? Yea a bit obviously. But it's not all.....that bum Gase got a job cause of Peyton not cause he was a QB guru. He road his *** and now he's a high school coordinator. Josh was going to be good regardless imo.

He is such a good coach, he is the reason Josh Allen is blowing things up in Buffalo and was the reason why Cam was so good at first. So, the question is does he want to be in the pros of college? Seems like he wants to stay in the pros. I'd love to see him get an OC job somewhere and see how he does. Maybe one day he could come home after he cuts his teeth somewhere? What do you guys think?
Would do well with tvd

I think he's going to follow Brian Dabol and be his OC once Dabol gets a HC job
Like I’ve said he’d be better off sticking with Allen. If dabol gets a head coach job it’ll be with a team that needs help and probably sucks so they won’t have a solid QB. Stick with Buffalo and progress your career and rep with a pro bowl passer

I think the fact that Josh Allen plays behind a brick wall is why he's blowing things up.

I watched the highlights from last week - on one play Allen held onto the ball for 6 seconds and was then sacked. On the next play (in the highlights) he held onto the ball for 5 seconds and then overthrew the WR OOB.
Our Oline is middle of the pack my dude. Not even close to a “ Brick wall” He’s completely different QB now then he was after his first couple years which is when Dorsey joined the team.
