UCF was paying their former OC $300K, maybe $350K with bonuses. Let that sink in. Perhaps they can scrap together $500K. Miami was paying Enos somewhere between $1.2mm-$1.5mm.

I hear very little but I do think I have a feel for what Manny will do. So the names you have heard are mostly BS. Some of those may be in the mix, no insight, but others have to be in the mix. Namely some from the NFL.

From what I’ve heard, UCF alum, they’re gonna go get Hinshaw from Kentucky since he’s a UCF legend
 
Is there any chance we would go after one of the two LSU OC? I am really just asking don’t shoot me .

that's the kind of guy, we need to find under the radar, comes in turns it around and even if he moves on quickly thats OK.
we need to play fast as this program is sinking.....recruiting looks to be weak in a great S.Fla year

Sadly I can see him grabbing some NFL guy and trying to sell it as some big steal might as well prepare myself for a ken Dorsey hire.
 
One thing they should do is bring Dorsey in to coach QBs. Pay him whatever he needs. Guy is an elite QB coach. OC does not have the time to properly coach a QB Room IMO. Dorsey has an incredible work ethic and will help change the culture.
 
Kelvin Harris don’t know jack chit. But I’m sure Enos wasn’t planning on staying because early on he knew his sorry *** was going to be fired.
