I highly doubt Bobo turned him down...who’s gonna pretend USCjr is in a better situation than Miami? If anything he would rather live in Columbia than Miami.

Highly doubt he was offered the job. If he was then it’s clear than Manny is out to protect his defense to ensure we move at a snails pace and keep them off the field

i hope you are correct. we need to find a hidden gem.... highly doubtful or take a resurrection OC
i do not trust CMD to build a competent staff or make the right choice period.
 
The only way a coach will come it to get rich .I can here a coach telling his wife , look honey I take this MIAMI job sign what ever millions guaranteed they fire me in 2 BOOM we’ll get paid millions for the next few years and retire.

We’ve made this mindset, we’re probably still pay Golden an Richt soon we can add Manny then add another one soon , the GREATEST get rich quick deal in sports the Miami job.

You watch no matter the coach OC or HC will require SICK guaranteed money.

100% BS. Everybody wants to be an insider. I’ve never understood the appeal. Unless you’re actually connected, who cares if you know someone. So weird.

Timing probably won’t workout because the 49ers will probably make a playoff run but I would like to see us look at Shane Day. Always seemed like a really smart guy, has coached QBs, TEs, and OL in the NFL. Been around Shanahan now. Seems to be Joe Brady like
 
I also think it hurts the job prestige, where if you don’t perform year 1, you’re out. That instability will turn off coaching prospects.
