You just described not only him, but his parents as well. His father may be one of the biggest ****bags I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

The guy was talented as ****, but his own worst enemy. He could've gone down as one of the all-time greats and now he's not even the best Kellen in the family, that belongs to ****bag dad.

Golden/Swasey had these players acting like we were winning 10+ games a year.

You want to win? You have to change the culture. Not "some" things- - a LOT of things.

This isn't as easy as, hire a new coach, attack teams, and win the game. It starts at creating an air of fear in Coral Gables.

I honestly believe that Butch Davis would have done the same thing. When a strong leader is creating a new culture, One of the 1st things he should do is remove the most tenured person from his team. That makes everyone uncomfortable and uneasy. It lets everyone know, there are no free rides anymore. Nobody is untouchable. This entitlement 5hit has been thrown in the trash and ****ed on.

Swasey helped us win that 2001 championship, he deserves credit.

He followed Golden's guidelines, not his. He ran his program in the offseason with former players that helped them become successful at the next level.

I don't give a **** what anyone says, Swasey did a phenomenal job.

Swasey was horrible. He was horrible under Coker, he was horrible under Shannon, and the fact that Golden had to come in and try to put in his own strength and conditioning program just proves how horrible Swasey was.

It speaks volumes that the only competent, proven coach we've hired in the last 15 years first his ***.

If he was so horrible, how come NFL PRO bowlers come back to exclusively work with him and his program and not their NFL teams?

I actually think our teams were physically pushed around more under Shannon than golden. Golden got the guys bigger. Just slower less explosive and generally not as good.

Did you see the videos up of him? Dude is awesome at shaping buns and tummies. A truly great personal trainer while you are basking in the February warmth of South Beach.
