If true

Move on for what exactly? For pointing out that the two linebackers that we got in our class are actual linebackers in high school and not guys you want to turn into linebackers, but never played the position. Because that I’m not moving on from!
Yeah, it is sad honestly, the way his family is handling this recruitment process change dramatically here at the end from what I was told as I was praising them here for how they were a month or two ago. It's not the kid and more on the adult side of things as it usually is so hard for me to dunk on a high school kid in this spot.Miami got word he was using us for leverage with Notre dame at a number we were never at. Very well put.Somewhere between "treating it like a business decision" and being a greedy clown is the truth. Each situation is different. Each player is different. Some of the tactics used are just that - tactics and while leverage and strengths will always be used to drive up or drive down the price (depending on which side of the negotiation you are on), creating/fabricating more perceived leverage while combining moving goalposts are when I say no thank you.
There's a ton of naunce in what I just wrote. I'm not looking for an argument and you're more than welcome to disagree. I also have decades of experience negotiating deals with all sorts of walks of life and at all sorts of levels. I mention this not to flex (I'm just a regular old guy in real life). I mention it because if you've ever spent months in detailed negotiations with a potential client only for them to pull some real BS at the end, it doesn't sit right. Not because you didn't get the deal, but because that person/team/company used you. Yes it happens. Yes it's not always personal. It is douchey. It typically fosters animosity. It's also real life.
I'll end with this. I heard a very wealthy old man tell another wealthy, but slightly younger, man "There's more to life than just making money" recently. I looked away and smiled. Why? Because the older man was right and all three of us knew it. That's not to say that making moeny isn't important - it defintiely is. It's to say that at some point, the number is just the number. Do you really live all that differently making $700k per year vs $820k? I can do math and run investment calculators to "prove" a difference. I get that, but it's not the point. The point is the day to day living is no different. The house won't really be any bigger or nicer, same for the cars, the clothes, etc. The number of real friends won't changel. Relationships don't differ. WTF does this have to do with football and recruiting? If a recruit is chasnig the biggest bag and is also a bona fide five star with serious NFL aspirations, shouldn't the focus really be on the school that best develops the player? The serious long term money is in the NFL.
Either way, f him. Hope his football career goes terribly but he stays totally healthy to work his shift at Enterprise or Chipotle after graduation.I won't be surprised if he goes to ND not A&M.

Yeah, they said it was a blown callQB went right through them on a 4th and 8 I beleive
Come on man this wasn’t some blown coverage. This was a quarterback sneak on a fourth and eight running through our linebackers.Yeah, they said it was a blown call

As I said on here, his parents love ND and are trying to get the money from them to match or better what Texas AM is offering but I think that might not work out now. They will have to choose between those two schools and knowing Mario, this will probably be a player we never pursue in the portal if it ever came to that 2-3 years from now.
Our LB room in this class is elite, and we should focus on that moving forward as I think both can be better than Kaden at the next level.

Crazy he’s 215 pounds and screwed himself. Had a chance to run in a straight line here with monsters in front of him, a strength of his game is basically seek and go. Now he has to play for those systems, he’s cooked.
Glad UM took his leverage away and now his career could go south. **** around and find out. Good we did this so other recruits know we are a business decision and an nfl factory. Do not **** with us, we need you but we can find replacements.
And he probably has a snitch in his circle. Go lose with those goofs at TAMU and ND. I hope it’s ND and we beat the breaks off them this season. Tie him to a chair and make him watch while we drop 40 on them
That elko era baby oil hits differentIt is gonna be Big Zesty that ties up Kowboy Kaden during Aggie freakoffs.

You got to be a complete lame to bypass Miami when they are on the up. Craziest **** I ever seen. If we were the old Miami I would totally understand. But to say “nah I’m good” with Mario recruiting you off a natty appearance? And everyone talking about Miami like it’s Hollywood. I can’t feel sorry for anyone I just can’tOil money for baby oil. There was plenty of money for the staff to go get whoever they wanted to go get. This wasn't about money in the context of there not being enough to go around. Kaden Henderson was given every opportunity to prove to the staff that he wanted to be a Cane after the staff had proven to the young man that he was a top priority. The staff was very assertive in their attempt to have Kaden lay it on the line but at the end of the day the young man just didn't want to commit and to be blunt, Henderson grossly overplayed his hand causing Mario and staff to conclude that they would no longer waste any more time on the young man. We wish him the best of luck.Amazing to me that people can’t grasp this concept. Hoping this means those resources are being poured into Jacobs
kathleen and adale aint no rivals... lolRay wasn’t a 5 star he was under recruited . School Rivalry to Auburndale back then . He played Rb , lb blocked our extra point or make it the playoffs that year . View attachment 365031
