In case you haven't noticed, Fuente's a good coach. They will be good for the next couple of years. I expect tons of great games between us, they're rapidly becoming one of our main rivals.

The good news is we will be better

Good. Bring better recruits to the conference and to our opponents. Then we'll beat them and it works out for everyone.

They have 25 commits. The next closest team in the 247 Top 30 is Minnesota with 26 commits.
When you have so many more commits than others, it's going to bump your class ranking up.

They've always recruited fairly well and plucked some talent from places like North Florida where a lot of the prospects are under evaluated compared to South Florida where 50 colleges ask how many times a season a kid clips his toenails. They're not a sleeping giant but anyone who thinks we're going to have anything less than battles with them every year hasn't been paying attention.

I agree with everything you said except the last part. Vtech has been one of our biggest rivals for 30 years. FSU is clearly our biggest rival as we play them every year. You can argue about ND, OSU, and UF being more hated BUT we don't play them every season. I consider Vtech our biggest rival after FSU because they're in the same division and we play them every year. They are always a threat.
Vtech won't have a top 10 class but it's above average for them. The class is mostly 3 stars.

They're always gonna have a good team every 3 or 4 years that can give you real problems. They have to get a player like Vick to do anything serious. They don't ever get the all round depth to win it all. They benefited from Miami, Clemson and FSU being terrible in the mid to late 2000s, thats over

This is a good thing. It keeps the ACC strong, thus Miami's strength of schedule strong for when we beat their @ss.

So they are Al Goldening their way to a top 10 or 15 class.

Pretty spot on. Beamer maxed them out and maybe Fuente will replicate some of that some day but there's a definite ceiling on that program's overall potential.
