Justin was never playing baseball there and his sister going there was part of the "family plan"

Tates case should be a slam dunk. “OSU and Urban Meyer enabled an acceptable culture of domestic violence and my client didn’t want to be apart of that toxic culture.” He gets denied get in the media and slam how the ncaa doesn’t care about domestic violence. Easy money

Fields sister has nothing to do with this. Fields was called an N-word and the NCAA isn't going to force someone call that to sit. Martell best chance to get a waiver is claiming that it was obvious that Fields was going to get a waiver which affected his chance to win the job compared to if the natural order of events took place.

Relax fellas. Fields getting his waiver is good news. If Fields were denied, Martell would likely be f*cked as well. TNM is on a heater - never leave the table on a heater. Martell’s waiver is in the bag. 79% of applicants got a waiver last year.

You my friend can ** the ** off. Why the hell is Fields transferring from Georgia when his sister is going there now. So they called Fields the N word but his sister has bigger balls than him and says “Wait I’ll still go play softball at Georgia even though my brother was scared because they called him a n. Get the **** out of here Mark Emmett’s son.
are you drunk? or no reading comprehension? We are saying the same thing.

Think it's safe to say this is the last year non-GTs will have to sit out a year.

Makes absolutely no sense that a kid only has to go to prep school for 1 year, or only go to JUCO for 1-2 years, but He has to graduate from a 4 year institution so He doesn't have to sit out a year.

Fields deserve the wavier. I agree.

I hope Martell gets it, we need him.

It’s bs but true. The racist kid got thrown out of school. Don’t tell me uga is a threatening environment to black athletes.
Fields isn't just a Black athlete, he's the QB at a school that has extreme racist issues with Black people in presumed leadership positions in all aspects of administration. While Atlanta is progressive, the rest of GA is stuck further beyond Mississippi. Look at our posters here, we have a lot of clown reps from GA. Whole ass fools.

Urban Meyer's suspension will be cited in Martell's waiver. In addition Zach Smith was Tate's primary recruiter @ OSU. As everyone knows Smith was accused by his wife of domestic abuse, and accepted a misdemeanor plea deal this past Oct, that also awarded his wife a 3 yr protection order. In my opinion there is no way in hell his waiver is not approved.

Lol yeah right. Fields is playing for OSU so of course they approved him.If Martell went through the same thing Fields did and got called “racist” names at OSU he would still have to sit a year because NCAA has a Miami biased.
So they approved him because atty played the race card?

I really don't see how Tate is gonna get his waiver. What is the basis of his argument to get immediate eligibility? Fields had the racism issue. Definitely not getting my hopes up.
Going to use all the shyt about Urban Renewal etc.

Threads like this make me laugh so hard.

So many extreme opinions in here from people who have no idea what they are talking about and no idea about the NCAA process they are trying to describe.

For every "I can't see him getting the waiver" post there is a "There's no way I see him not getting a waiver" post.
Just like any bureaucratic process we all just have to wait and see how it develops and not throw in bias or conspiracy theories based on bias.

What makes you think that was the only racist incident He experienced at UGA?

I mean $h!t, UGA hasn't started a black QB since 05'.
Racism is everywhere and I can’t recollect UGA having a black QB on roster since Shockley so how could they start one?

The wait & see approach is for COWARDS. Be a man & take a position so it can be revisited later. Since you're able to speak with so much conviction & confidence that most of the posters in this thread have no clue what they're talking about, why not go out on a limb and prove all of us wrong?

lol SEC writers saying Martell doesn't have a legit reason but fields did. both ran from comp. lets be real. fields wasnt good enough to beat out and fromm and ran away. thats the truth at the end of the day. if he was really offended by the slurs, why is his sister still at UGA
Obviously, you have never seen Fields play. You're just throwing out smoke hoping to catch a fire. Justin Fields is the real m'fckn deal and went to uga not understanding that Fromm is tied to the hip of Smart like Brady to Belic.

The same clowns that said that Perry or Williams wasn't good enough to beat out #12 ignorantly don't recognize coach's flaws and bias. Unless Fromm completely sh1t the bed, the qb1 job was his.

You can try to make up any fake scenario you want to validate your claim, but to say Fields ran from comp is straight trash. He left a situation where he was not going to overcome the relationship that Fromm has with Smart and the hooded boosters in Athens, Ga.

I will state this and stand by word, "Fields is the best qb in cfb in overall talent." Just like Lawrence and tua, all you need is a good opportunity with a good oc/qb coach. Not trashing Tate at all but he's not 6'4 230 with a accurate cannon for an arm, can run just as well as Tate and has franchise qb already written in the books.

Not really hopeful that Tate will get his waiver for 2019, he just doesn't have a good case...but really looking forward to see Perry/Williams under better qb coaching. I think Perry grows up this year maybe starts first few games, then (like Lawrence) Williams takes over the offense and the team rises in rankings, points scored, offensive proficiency, individual stats and pure dominance. Maybe we get to enjoy our Aussie punter once or twice a game at the most.

There are too many variables within a process like this especially when lawyers are involved trying to make a case.

I liken this thread to CNN having a bunch of law experts yapping and yapping about one side or the other. Which just gets so repetitive and boring after a while.
And at least those are law experts who know what they are talking about from court experience most of the time.
This here is just a bunch of people who have no clue what they are talking about trying to come to conclusions without knowing what is being said during the process, what is being evaluated during the process and who is judging the case and with what standards.

I have made no claims that I know what is going on. Just making fun of the people clinging to their convictions on this without knowing relatively much.
