Everyone will be playing for 2nd place since Butch Davis actually lives in @SWFLHurricane's man cave. You go in there on a Tuesday night and he's in the corner wearing a visor and breaking down defensive game film from 1986 next to the bumper pool table.

All BS aside...from 93-2001...and 2011-2019 I had the Mack Daddy Canes-Den. (especially the 93-2001 Den) now not as elaborate. Best I've ever seen was CanesFreak's (CaneFreak Freddie) in Tampa. (The guy with the horns & Smile/Frown mask you see at UM games all the time) his UM Man-Cave is insane. He had me on quantity, but not quality. My Den from 93-2001 was untouchable > (2 car garage I had enclosed) below is 2011-2019 in Orlando.

Yeah I got an FHA loan March 2020 anticipating IR plummeting. Refinanced later in the year (FHA you can streamline every 6 months). Ended up with 2.50.
