I mean this search firms is different from the ones I’m familiar with, because they’re serving a different niche. My guess would be that in this situation they make money on both ends. There are some search firms that only make money from the candidate end, I think most of those are lower end or entry-level job type firms, and others that make money on both ends. I don’t know which one this is.

Because the firm was for optics. They want Jurich and Epstein ran over like a little weasel to try and keep the little power he has. He needs to be outed for this. I suggest another Twitter attack so everybody and their moms know he’s sabotaging everything so he can have his way. He doesn’t care about UM and he needs to be told that.

All the insiders just happen to get run off at the worst possible time, with the most going on, and all of it appears ****ed….. interesting
 
The longer this goes the more likely manny gets retained. Is Miami that bad of a job to where they can’t get a quality AD?

He also said that Lashlee leaving wouldn't have any bearing on whether he stayed or not......which makes no sense, so i believe it.

Also, said there probably won't be a new AD next week anymore and so the new AD probably won't make the call on Manny. So the bot and Frenk will probably decide whether to keep Manny again or not. And if they do keep him they'll invest heavily or some bull****. Also talked about not wanting to make a change just for the sake of making a change as if there aren't dozens of coaches who are better than Manny out there. Them mentioned wanting to keep the young guys bought in, even though Manny played up having a veteran team going into this year.

Unless this is all misinformation, it sounds like the old BOT members might be winning the battle and we might all need to find a new team. If Manny stays, I'm done.

Doesn’t make sense that they would do that. It’s a reputation killer in that industry; nobody will want to hire them. I’ve never heard of a search firm act like that - strongly dislike the choice and advise against it? Sure. Resign because the firm is not being used as agreed? Sure. Threaten the school? Lol no. Strains credulity.

Missing our window to be proactive is something tangible that's occuring at this very moment.
 
Some drama going on and people making their moves. Echevarria and Frenk with the BOT will shut this **** down. It’s tough to lose power and my guess is some are not liking the new dynamic.
