Josh Pate Shreds Gattis on Late Kick

The wr’s effort was noticeable and disturbing. Whoever the qb is shouldn’t change your effort , just because the relationship is better with one guy.
Which goes back to the actual kids being part of the problem and the reason the culture is f’d up.

If there’s one thing I do trust with Mario, it’s changing the culture…even if that takes 2-3 classes.

Garcia is not saving this O. We “opened it up” because we were getting skull f*cked by MTSU. Even still we had one drive that looked decent, the rest were aided by the refs. Gattis blows and Mario screwed up.
At least we’ll find out our answer next weekend. If it’s the same, we can put a few things to bed.

If we look better, then let’s see. Maybe TVD was the problem; not just himself, but the effort the WRs were putting in too.

Only one way to truly find out, and it couldn’t come at a bigger point in the season.

I appreciate the optimism. I’m not going to give anyone the benefit of the doubt after that abortion. Id be happy to see a completely different O with Garcia in, but I’m sure once he starts looking like chit everyone will say he sucks too..

@ around 24:00

Just so everyone is tracking the segment starts at about 14 minutes in and ends around 22 minutes. I went to the 24 minute mark and it was all OSU’s dominance 🤢 🤮 Then I went to where there was 24 minutes left because I thought maybe that’s what the mixup was and it still wasn’t on Miami. Then I just scrolled through the whole video until I saw something about Miami. Not being a dyck OP just trying to help others out that had the same issue I did. Maybe it was a typo or they added or took away some content and that’s where the UM segment was but as of Monday 26 September @ 10:25 the UM segment starts around 14 minutes in.

I’ll probably turn eventually because that’s how this program rolls. Even our golden child looks lost and bewildered at what’s happened here. I was on record a Kiffin guy but welcomed the idea of Mario, especially after the recruiting and financial commitment picked up.

I just know that he didn’t forget how to build a successful team overnight. Say what you want about his gameday coaching (which is valid) but he did win at FIU, a place that no one really can win at. He did have some good Oregon teams, **** we’d take two ACC championships right f’ing now. He knows how to build a roster and recruit. Highsmith will help.

He’s not going anywhere anytime soon, so might as well at least have some optimism he can see what we all see: this offense isn’t working right now and needs to be more attractive and skill player friendly. The roster is devoid of talent and needs guys - lots of them.

Whether y’all like it or not, strap in for at least three years. Might as well hope he makes changes, and soon. He might be stubborn, but he’s not an idiot. All coaches are stubborn to a degree - let’s just hope he makes the necessary changes.

They probably edited the clip. When I posted it, they still had the 10 min countdown.

Fixed it. Thanks.

Don’t let me being negative ruin your optimism, we all deal with bad situations differently. Im completely prepared for Mario to be here for a loooong time so we gotta make it work or there will be no more fans left lol

Ok but when he rattled off the pass play yardage....... What about the effort of the DB's? Something is going on there. MTSU should not be running free down the field

A lot of y’all are either new or forgot how the cycle works

Hire A “Miami Guy” -> (1a) close loss to good team -> we are on the right track -> blow out loss to subpar opponent -> blame players because they suck, are overrated, soft, need to recruit out of state. -> mopes and slurper dig in for the long multi-year battle to come -> team shows just enough promise to sign a good recruting class -> optimism renewed -> 3 years later still at best a 8 win team trending down. -> coaches suck -> Fire coach -> bring in a “non-Miami guy” because we need a fresh look. - > go back to 1A.

Fact is the team showed up flat and disinterested. Then when they got smacked a second and third time they quit. Horrible effort by all and quitting is even worse.
