Josh pate miami season prediction

Tyler will be the better QB in most--if not all--games and the team is in better physical condition than last season. There's a lot of hedging and guarded optimism based on past let-downs, but this is Mario's 2nd year and I expect to see a level of talent and style of play that will breed confidence into the program and fanbase.

id be happy with 8-4 for the deuce year
8-4 is just Meh. I say to everyone. What are the 4 losses?

The only improvement of 8-4 is not losing to the teams that you are favored to beat.

TAMU and UNC are toss up games. Win at least one if not both and it's a 9-10 regular season.

FSU is favored, but I really don't think they are as good as they are being hyped up to be.

Clemson is a clear favorite, but the TAMU game should tell us how competitive this game will be.

I believe the talent we have is as good as any team in the ACC including Clemson. Clemson just has more depth.

I think we have at least equal talent to FSU, but we have more depth. FSU's 2021-2023 classes were 23, 20, and 19. They don't have depth behind their 85% transfer portal starters. What they do have is continuity and momentum.

We are just a big unknown with all the talent we have. Again, TAMU will tell us a lot about our team and season.

Look, I personally feel like this team, if it didn't have baggage and growing pains from two new coordinators and a bunch of new coaches, has the talent and leadership to win a lot of games this year. I've said it in other posts. Only Clemson is more talented across the board than us, A&M has more overall talent but has exploitable weanesses (e.g., QB and DB), I'm not impressed by UNC outside their QB and a handful of defenders, and I believe FSU is highly overrated. The rest of our schedule is weaker than us.

TVD in those last 7 games of 2021 was the best QB in the ACC. I think he bounces back to that form. Plus he now has an NFL JV Team along the OL with some really frickin good RBs, guys that made the 2021 starters transfer out. I would be shocked we aren't scoring 30+ ppg and wouldn't be shocked if we're closer to 40 than 30 ppg. On the defense we have 3 preseason AAs in Kinchens, LT and JW. Messidor is an animal, Kelly and Bain are going to wreak havoc, and we finally have some LBs. I would be shocked if we can't hold opposing teams below 25 ppg, and wouldn't be shocked if we were near or below 20. That outcome is very possible. It's there in front of the team. They just got to believe, got to gel and got to stay cohesive.

Now we talking baby!!!

This is fair. Expectations aren't outlandish nor are they scorned and emotional. Well said.

I expect 9 wins, personally
