God forbid Mario also signs a top LB'er like Arion Carter. Cry's of "They are buying a championship" will be heard from everyone.

Mensah, Wilson, and Seaton are arguably the top three guys at the three most important positions.

Colorado transfer offensive tackle Jordan Seaton is the top remaining player available in the transfer portal. LSU, Miami and Oregon have emerged as the top three contenders, but a number of schools have shown interest.
But as Seaton appears to be nearing a commitment, enrollment deadlines are quickly approaching at LSU and Miami, it’s unclear where he will land. The trio of schools are all awaiting a final decision. LSU and Miami hosted him on visits, while Oregon traveled to Atlanta to get some facetime with the offensive tackle.
Earlier this week, the Tigers appeared to have the momentum, but that has wavered. Some have thought Miami has gained traction, but across the board, sources have cautioned against anyone truly having the edge entering the weekend. Mississippi State landed Seaton’s first visit.
Miami is coming up to the deadline of when it can get a player admitted so they can participate in spring practice, with Friday marking a critical date. LSU’s final date to add courses for the spring semester was Thursday. Oregon has a more flexible structure with the quarter system.
On3 reported ahead of the transfer portal opening that it would cost $500,000 to $1.2 million to land an impact offensive tackle. Sources have speculated Seaton will command in the $2 million range, at least. It’s not just about who can offer the most lucrative package, however, with development expected to factor into the Colorado transfer’s decision.
The 6-foot-5, 330-pound offensive tackle earned All-Big 12 second-team honors in 2025. He started the first nine games of the 2025 season before missing the final three games due to injury. Jordan Seaton allowed only one sack and five pressures with zero quarterback hits. The offensive tackle graded out as 11th 11th-best pass blocker in the Big 12, the second-best offensive tackle, and the 10th-best offensive tackle among Power Four.
