Willie is from Southridge. Stoops went after him hard in JUCO. Shockey was blowing up at Miami and I am assuming Winslow was a priority. It is crazy, he never played at Miami but all the Cane players showed him so much love. I was in shock at that time.

Torrance Marshall was class of 95 I’m pretty sure. Played at Sunset and funny enough my best friend at the time actually got Defensive MVP for them over Torrance and he was 5’9 225 with zero offers. Torrance had an underwhelming high school career but blossomed at OU.
