Then the last thing him or any player should be doing is putting out bad tape.

Guys who leave early and don't play in bowl games aren't packing it in and putting out bad tape. That's a business decision that teams have to factor into the talent/character of the kid. Bosa had surgery and decided not to rush back. Again, you compare his good tape and character to that point vs that decision.

In this case, any player on this team who's draft eligible and not putting in full effort bc of staff, playing time, scheme etc is only hurting themselves by allowing the chance for bad tape.
