It would be a big deal to me if we lost him. Johnnie is a stud and has been on campus and around our team multiple times. He's close to his mother. We run a WR friendly system. Urban has a run first style. He's only been there once. We must have seriously ****ed up to not get him.
Why? Kid has never been committed to us. He plays at a HS that never sends us kids. He plays for a HS coach who is a known Cane Hater and may be an actual lover of Urban. I am ticked off at Al's defense but there is not a lot to fault about his recruiting. These other schools have methods that work, whatever they are, and they get away with them. Urban is a lifelong slim but doesn't get nailed. LSU prints money, FSU has a whorehouse a few miles away and now allows rape too. Bama, well right now they are what we want to be again. Right now Al has very little room left in this class. If he holds what he has this is a game changing class. Pick up a Cook or other studd RB plus some more D surprises and it is one of the great classes. Maybe even good enough to make up for this horrible D system and coaching.
