I'm starting to think Diaz may be a little difficult...That's why he keeps hiring only guys that came up under his wing.

Well, Diaz better be focused this year because if his abysmal 3rd down rate doesn't get significantly better he might be shown the door. I realize that we don't have elite depth on defense yet but we have far too much talent on defense to be giving up 3rd down conversions at the mind boggling rate that we do.
