No its not....All the coaches feel exactly the same way, including those I've spoke too...

That means nothing until he does it. That's just my opinion. I do agree that the potential is there but I can't stand behind it until I start seeing him do it on the field. Once he shows his potential in a few games I can put a stamp on it but right now I just see a kid that looks the part of a future top 5 pick.

Dude is built like a dinosaur. With crazy length and can run. I believe he has mor eupside than Joe Jack. But Joe Jack honestly was very prouductive every year for us...and had he came back would have beena double digit sack guy again.

Calais Campbell was the last guy i believe with his type upside imo.
 
Joe only doesn’t have to worry about getting drafted he has to worry about making a roster now. Same goes with Homer.

I hope so. We've seen guys with all the potential in the world for one reason or another not live up to that potential. Rousseau looks like a kid that will break records here at some point.

All this talk about who's better than who/gonna be better than who just fuels the fire I have for this season. I can't wait until 8/24. I do have the same type of nervousness I had going into last season but this is the type of challenge I want as a fan. I grew up watching us beat ranked teams game after game, year after year.

Not really my point. I don’t care where they get drafted. I want them to succeed. My point is this. Kids have so much access to info and should know they need secondary moves. So watch more football (the kids) and steal moves and work on them. I have zero agenda with Cane kids. Want them to succeed. I tell my kids all the time, watch hockey, watch lacrosse. Steal stuff.

I guess if playing time was the same as last year but I don't think it would have been. Think Dallas is the better back and if the reports are true Harris probably too so he would have lost a ton of reps this year

On the dL, I agree. I actually think Rousseau has more upside than what I thought campbell had, but i never imagined campbell could get as big as he did. He’s a different player in the nfl than what he was at UM, and his extra size matters a lot for him. His soph year with palermo (?) as DL coach showed great potential.

Rousseau looks to me lol a guy with more burst and punch than campbell had, and more speed and lean (and campbell had lean). If rousseau can stay healthy, work hard and develop, i see a young bruce smith. i know that is crazy talk but i haven’t said that about anyone since ... bruce smith.
