Close thread... confirmed last visit is to FSU weekend before ESD. Setting up for a big flip or gonna stick with OSU mist likely.

What stood out is how impressed he is with FSU getting the ball to their playmakers and Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson both being first round WRs.

Yet we have 2 WRs who have more yards/catches than Keon and 3 WRs who have more than Wilson. And we could argue that Jacolby George has a better game than both Coleman and Wilson combined yesterday.

But I guess it's a perception thing and a Mario reputation thing. FSU gets their balls to their playmakers. Keon has 10 TDs. We have playmakers who are electric and can house it on any play and they get no touches at all.

Not sure why we didn't give all the slot touches to Brashard and Ray Ray yesterday when Restrepo was clearly not playing well.

Who keeps perpetuating this lie that Johnny Wilson is a first round WR? 3rd rounder at best.

It’s also a bit of poetic justice to see yall now turning the table on a kid yall repeatedly called
“The best WR in South FL in the last 5-10 years..”
“The best WR since Andre Johnson..”

Lol, eventually you guys will figure it out.
Mientras, the rest of the site will be content with the lad in Tallanasty because, “The Rivalry is great when FSU is really good.™️

A key lesson to learn in sales and marketing is that you don’t create desire, it’s already there. And you simply have to stoke the flames.

Many here keep hanging on to every word in every interview and looking for logic.

There is no logic. This kid lowkey hates Miami. He is rocking red or Garnett shades. I don’t care if we were 9-0 with the #1 rated offense in the land.

He’d say something about “recent draft picks” if TVD won the heisman he’d say “but who’s the QB next year”. If we signed the #1 QB recruit he say “draft picks” or any of the other 10000000000000 excuses, reasons, justifications to suit his narrative that the U simply isn’t “perfect”.

No matter what we do we fail to meet his standards for us which FSU and OSU are not held to.

So move on. I know you have to recruit the best of the best but the juice ain’t worth the squeeze here.

And before some of you say “Mario was brought here to win these types of battles.” You’re right. Mario was brought here to win battles where the kids have any measurable amount of desire to play at the U and he’s done well in that respect. but this ain’t that.

Yep. Highly sought after recruits are like women; they create rules for the ones they don't truly desire and have 0 rules for the ones that they truly want. It's easy to see which of these two Miami falls under regarding JS.

Sounds like a long excuse for missing a stud recruit…. (That was not acceptable for previous staffs that couldn’t close)

We needed to win this year and show a good offense to land this kid

We were there after 4 games and then totally fell apart

this kid had ZERO interest in Miami from the start. He and his father did and said enough to keep the game going while continually moving the goal posts

Understood. He signs with Miami it’s a W. He signs elsewhere it’s an L.

We hired an elite recruiter to minimize the recruiting Ls and stack elite talent.

Stack. Like blocks. One on top of another.

Jeremiah doesnt fw with Mario and dawson period, (coaching decisions, play calling , time management, not knowing which qb to play is just such an awful look) stats are stats but they dont matter to him, he likes norvell and hartline - dawson and mario didnt do a good job of gaining his trust. he will go to whoever he trusts the most.

he aint a cane

if he wants to go ball with bolden and lester and not wanna grind with jojo and quan then f him

he's going to be a first rounder anywhere he goes.

Also, there’s no way Wilson is a first rounder

What goal posts were moved?

Does this offense move you if you're thinking of coming here?

We were given every opportunity to show we should be considered. Started off well, then the offense drove itself off a cliff.

It doesn’t help when there are people consistently in his ear negatively about UM. Coaches on his current team bad mouth UM every chance. SFE goons had their hooks in early.

Obviously we **** the bed with another poor showing this season, but this kid never gave us a fair shake even from the start.

Could’ve come to A&M game or Clemson but I’m sure people around him pushed to go to Ohio State instead
