Spoke to someone with direct knowledge of Immokalee (Fla.) Top247 CB J.C. Jackson's recruitment, one that his father continues to lean on for guidance, and he said the dad only mentioned Florida and Miami as potential landing spots for Jackson. Interestingly enough, this person said before the changes in staff, he felt Jackson could very likely have signed with Georgia. He said normally the school that gets the first commitment from an Immokalee prospect never ends up getting him, and said that looks to be the case once again with Jackson.
