Coach ALbortion is on pace to 6 OL in 2015. He signed 5 in 2014.

How about some LB, DBs and DTs? How about setting up the next guy with something that makes sense?

The sad thing is about 2-3 of those OL are borderline reaches.

Oh you didn't like Joe Brown and Tyler Grimsley? They seemed like solid pickups for a school like Old Dominion. Are you telling me this is Miami and not Old Dominion?

True Soph and could see this kid being a helluva guard. He says he is a left tackle but I think with that agility he could be great getting to the 2nd level in our blocking schemes.

LMAO at people on here acting like last year's OL class was subpar. KC McDermott, Nick Linder, and Trevor Darling say hello.

If he committed elsewhere ppl would be like "Couldn't even land that stud Jones at OL!!!! OMGGZZZ"

Peoples hate of golden makes them just make stuff up its nuts

The Northeastern Hurricanes......might as well relocate and join a new conference. Why even act like UM represents the city of Miami.

When it comes to Olineman..we need to leave the "State of Miami" sometimes. Nothing wrong with getting OOS guys when it comes to certain positions. (QB/OL) Now if this were a DB commit from NY............

It's not a zero sum game. The fact that we can't land a ******* DT to save our life should not make you ****ed that we get good OL recruits.

OL class last year was good, only thing I would say is instead on adding Brown and Grimsley, we should of took the stud OLineman from Mirmar(West Virgina commit) and the other OLinemen from central thats balling out for Florida Atlantic. Both would of been canes but was not evaluated properly.

Agreed. We could've also held onto Gibbons. Out of all of the miserable things this coaching staff has done though, I wouldn't spend much time with how they've recruited OL. Much bigger misses all over the rest of the board.

My buddy who used to work in the Hecht asked me for some OL names late in the process. I suggested Reginald Bain (Central/FAU left tackle) and A'lique Terry (Hialeah/Wake Forest center).

Both guys were shot down and we ended up with Brown and Grimsley. Bain and Terry both ended up starting as true freshmen. With the way Linder has looked at guard, and our dire need at tackle, those guys would've really helped solidify things. To be fair, though, Brown showed some decent potential in camp.

As for Jahair Jones, I like the pickup. We desperately needed tackle help and he has tools. We will learn a lot about him in spring.
