Check your math there boss..... You get 5 years of eligibility if you take a RS, maybe a 6th year for a special medical shirt.

You just said "played as a freshman" so that is one year, "only played in 4 games last year (RS)" so that is two years, and "sitting this year", that is year 3. Including his RS year, he has 2 years left to get to 5. That be like giving Willis an extra year because he sat out that entire year AND took his RS when he came over to us.

Nah. You have a 5 year clock that starts day one with exceptions--typically--made only if you lose two full seasons (or more) to injury.

Haven’t really seen it posted but does anyone remember he was begging for a Miami offer and coach ***** never sent one his way. Crazy.

When I watched him against TAMU in his first college game, I thought he was a future #1 overall pick.

If he can take this year to fully recover, we could have a DE tandem for the ages.
What was his injury?
