He is by far my favorite coach on the staff. The man is elite in all phases. We better keep this man happy.

Dugans is a god send to this program. He, Hartley, and Brown (in order) are our most important coaches, imo, for their ability to recruit, teach, and relate to kids.

Dugans is about to get all our WRs drafted. We’re literally turning in to WRU again.
